On September 1st we go this way and that to The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party at Snettisham.

Fancy dress is encouraged and follow the path at 2.30pm up the gaily decorated drive to find fun, games, face painting, treasure hunt, a film and much much more as well as the best of afternoon teas. Adults £5.00 and children £2.50. Tickets are available from The Grapes Gallery now. Do come!

Bringing people together both for worship and socially has always been a skill we in Snettisham seem to have and two new groups will be starting this September.

On September 11th at 7.30pm at The Visitors’ Centre at Snettisham Park a men’s group will be launched with a beer tasting and hot dogs while a little distance away at 100 Station Road the ladies will meet for a buffet meal and a talk by Marian Abramovich entitled “A long way from South Wales”.

These groups will meet regularly on the second Tuesday of each month and we welcome as many people from both church and village family to join us. There will be a small charge of £2.00 at each meeting and once a quarter both groups will join and share time together! Names for the two groups will be chosen that first evening so do come along.

Please let Marian (01328 728183) or Eric (01485 544473) know if you are interested in joining us. Do come! Lifts available for those who need them.
